FranExcel Begins Strategic Partnership with Edwards Global Services
Dubai-based FranExcel, an international franchise marketing and consultancy firm, backed by franchise executives with more than 50 years combined franchise experience, has entered into a strategic partnership with Edwards Global Services Inc., a leading American franchise consultancy, based in Irvine, California. FranExcel CEO Sary Hamway said, “We have worked hard to develop our relationship with Edwards Global Services. We are truly delighted to be working with them and our relationship extends to all complementary areas of both of our businesses. We have a number of franchise companies in our marketing portfolio who are looking to expand into the USA and also key investors looking for investment opportunities and this relationship extends FranExcel’s capacity into the largest franchise market in the world.” Edwards Global Services Inc., headed up by its CEO and franchise industry stalwart, William (Bill) Edwards, specializes in helping their American-based franchisor clients expand internationally and as a result of this partnership, FranExcel will be marketing and promoting their exclusive franchise client’s brands and concepts across the Middle East region. Edwards said of the agreement, "EGS represents 25 franchisors in their international development. We have been searching for the right Associate company in the Middle East and North Africa for two years and are extremely pleased to conclude this agreement with FranExcel. Our due diligence convinced us that FranExcel is the highest quality organization in the region to represent our clients." Hamway added, “FranExcel and Edwards Global have networks of offices and associates across the world, and we both saw great synergy between our respective businesses. Edwards Global has extensive experience in the USA market and helps their clients expand globally. We have many Middle East clients looking for excellent American brands and through our new relationship; we can offer these clients a whole new portfolio of exclusive franchise brands. ” As a result of this agreement, new brands available to the Middle East region will include Baja Fresh, La Salsa, Quaker Steak & Lube, Signs Now, Mr. Handyman, The Melting Pot and Planet Beach. The Middle East is one of the fastest growing franchise markets in the world, with annual growth estimated at 25%.
